Section 1: Provision of Services
By accessing, booking, or engaging with any services offered by Masato Imports and Customs (“the Company”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The Company provides a range of services including vehicle detailing, importing, customization, and repair. By proceeding with a booking, payment, or written agreement for any of these services, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature, risks, and scope of the work to be performed.
- Once a service is accepted, you agree to be bound by the Company’s processes, timelines, and procedures. You acknowledge that the Company exercises professional judgment in performing all services, and that certain factors — such as supply chain delays, parts availability, regulatory inspections, transportation schedules, or environmental conditions — may affect timing or outcomes. These variables are considered an inherent part of the service process.
- By accepting a service or booking through the Company, you agree to proceed under these conditions and accept whatever outcomes arise through the normal and professional execution of the work. This agreement constitutes full acknowledgment that you are bound by the Company’s policies and methods as applied to detailing, importing, customization, and repair operations.
- We try our hardest to mitigate error and damage to your vehicle. However, due to circumstances or mistake there may result in damage. This is an inherent risk to getting your vehicle detailed and worked on or transported, and we at Masato like to own up to our mistakes. If there was any mistakes that resulted in damage to your car that you find within 3 days of our treatment / shipping / work or any of our services applied, we will repair it or send it to our partner shops to be repaired free of charge for you. However, if there are any damages that are existing (we will take pictures and video as proof to ensure our liability) we are not liable for or making worse. If there are known defects, let us know and we will try our hardest to work around them.

These images and recordings may be used by the Company across various media platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital advertising, and print materials. Such media may showcase the quality of work, highlight transformations, or serve as general marketing content.
By accepting services, you grant the Company full permission to use such media without the need for further approval, notification, or compensation. You also agree that the owners and representatives of the Company are not liable for any claims, demands, or actions seeking compensation or damages resulting from the use, publication, or distribution of such media.
The Company understands that license plate visibility and privacy are common concerns. However, you acknowledge that license plate information is publicly obtainable and not considered private data under most circumstances. While the Company may choose to obscure or blur plates at its discretion, it is not obligated to do so unless requested in writing soon after publication. If there is no response or request for censorship, then Masato is able to assume that you are okay with it.
