Refund Policy
Masato's Refund Policy
At Masato Imports and Customs (“the Company”), we value your time and ours. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following refund and cancellation policies apply to all services, including detailing, importing, customization, and repair.
1. Deposit-Based and Coating Services
For all depositable jobs, including ceramic coating services, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the deposit and any prepayments.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited as a late cancellation fee. This policy is in place due to the time, materials, and preparation allocated in advance for these specialized services.
2. Standard (Non-Deposited) Services
For regular detailing, repair, or customization services that do not require a deposit, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made under 12 hours in advance may result in a partial charge or rescheduling restriction at the Company’s discretion.
3. Missed Appointments / No-Shows
If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged a $35 no-show fee to cover the reserved time slot and lost service opportunity. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.
4. Refund Method
All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, typically within 3–5 business days.
By scheduling any service with Masato Imports and Customs, you acknowledge and agree to these refund and cancellation terms in full.
MASATO WILL REFUND AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION REGARDLESS OF THESE POLICIES. IF MASATO FEELS A REFUND IS UNFIT FOR A CERTAIN REASON, THEN MASATO HOLDS THE RIGHT TO NOT REFUND YOU.
