Shipping Policy
Masato's Shipping Policy for Sold Products
Masato Imports and Customs (“the Company”) uses major, reliable carriers for all shipments, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other nationally recognized delivery services. All products, parts, and materials ordered through the Company are processed and prepared for shipment with care to ensure timely and secure delivery.
1. Standard Shipping
Orders placed through the Company will be shipped within 7 days or less from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated or delayed due to backorder, supply chain, or fulfillment constraints.
2. Expedited Shipping
If you select 2-Day Shipping at checkout, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, provided that payment has cleared and the item is in stock.
3. Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the selected carrier, Masato Imports and Customs is no longer liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit. All delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers, and any transit-related claims must be directed to the shipping provider.
4. Tracking and Confirmation
A tracking number will be provided once your shipment has been dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress and ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
5. Upon purchase, you may be charged an additional fee for taxes, as the state you reside in does not coincide with New Hampshire state tax laws. Depending on the state you live in, you may receive an extra invoice to pay the couple dollars in tax that may be owed. We are working on an integrated solution to this as we speak.
By placing an order with Masato Imports and Customs, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and understand that carrier performance is outside the Company’s control once a package leaves our possession.
