We here at Masato love cars. Plain and simple. Cars, bikes, planes, boats, engineering and hard work to make them as personalized as possible. That's the wonderful thing about this passion - not one person, not one build, and not one member is the same. Masato strives to bring back collective individuality to the Motor-Lovers culture. With that, we have some plans in mind that we aim to do - to become an Empire for those who love these machines. Let us do the work for you - wherever you are. We strive to treat every customer and client like family, making every process transparent and easy to understand, along with helping you satisfy your dreams and needs for your vehicle.
Our beginnings rooted in our love for cars. From when we were young, we had been obsessed with cars and their inner workings. And we wanted to learn how to take care of them. When Ethan was 15, he bought his first car. And he learned to take care of it front to back. He loved the feeling of a new car, to look at the popping paint and the clean interior. So he brought these skills to the Monadnock Region in 2022, opening Refined Radiance Detailing, a mobile company serving Keene. He got bigger as time went on, servicing higher end and luxury cars, along with the daily drivers. In 2026, the decision was made to rebrand as Masato Imports and Customs, a company meant to encompass servicing all aspects of the vehicle owning community, from detailing, to importing foreign vehicles, to protecting vehicles, to customization and designing aftermarket parts for those underappreciated platforms. From our beginnings to the future and beyond, we plan to offer services to assist you with 100% of your vehicle needs, regardless of what they are.
